Product Overview
Castleton Crackers are all natural and handmade in Vermont. These beautiful crackers have unique flavor profiles based on an 1800’s cracker recipe and debuted at the Vermont Farmer's Market in 2008.
We have three artisan flavors available:
- Alehouse Cheddar, made with Vermont Alehouse Cheddar, and a kick of horseradish mustard
- Salted Maple, slightly sweet, slightly salty, with hints of maple
- Simply Wheat, simple, buttery and slightly salty, a go with everything cracker
They pair nicely with all of our Sugarbush cheeses or your favorite local cheese selection.
ALEHOUSE CHEDDAR, with horseradish mustard
Ingredients: Unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk, cornmeal, alehouse cheddar, unsalted butter, horseradish, whole grain dijon mustard, brown sugar, sea salt, vinegar, baking soda, kosher salt, dry mustard, cayenne pepper. Processed in a facility that uses tree nuts; Contains wheat and dairy.
SALTED MAPLE, a slightly sweet cracker
Ingredients: Unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk, stone ground whole wheat flour, unsalted butter, maple syrup, maple sugar, vinegar, sea salt, brown sugar, kosher salt, baking soda. Processed in a facility that uses tree nuts; Contains wheat and dairy.
SIMPLY WHEAT, simple, buttery & slightly salty
