COVID-19 Update

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are experiencing extended shipping delays across the country. UPS and USPS have suspended all delivery date guarantees. Unfortunately, even with ice packs, we can not guarantee that your chocolate will won't melt due to these uncontrollable shipping delays. As a result, at this time we cannot offer refunds for any delayed or melted shipments. [Updated 14-June-2020]

Shipping & Delivery

We ship UPS Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

UPS delivers on weekdays only (Monday-Friday).

We make every effort to ship all orders received before 11am by the following business day and all orders within two business days. If products are out of stock, especially during the holiday season, shipping times may be longer. If your order is a rush and needs to be delivered by a specific date, please call us at 1-802-375-6037 to confirm that the products you are looking for are available and confirm a definite shipping date.

Summer Shipping

Due to warm weather, from June 1-September 15 all shipments are available via UPS Next Day Air only. We do our best to ensure that all candy shipped during the warmer months will arrive safely and intact. Please take care to ensure that our products are not left outside or in heat/sunlight.

Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and careful shipping methods. Our goal is for you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. Please have your product name handy when you contact us. If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition we will send a replacement.

Since items are perishables, resale of unopened or unused products violate several public health codes therefore we can not accept returned materials.
