What is a malted milk ball? Malta is a cereal grain that is dried in a process called malting to make malted milk powder. They take wheat flour, malt, and powdered milk and grind it very fine to make a gritty powder. The center of a malted milk ball is a mixture of malted milk powder and sweetener.
Malted milk balls are available in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate raspberry.
